01 / Basic Package
Sonoma Rental Magic offers a monthly rate for our on-call service for those property owners who manage their own properties, but do not live within 30 miles of their property as required by Sonoma County.
02 / Locals Package
We offer 24/7 on-call certified property management for $100- $150 per month.
Our trained professionals take an immediate response to after-hours calls, and can determine the best course of action. Services can be tailored to your needs.
03 / Core Package
Full scope property management for a 20% commission fee based off of the nightly rate of your property being booked. This type of management includes building out your listing site, guest guidebook, guest correspondence, cleaning management, garbage service, restocking supplies, scheduling and meeting tradesman, 24/7 on-call, and a detailed monthly statement.
