Welcome to our charming, chic and contemporary two bedroom cottage set on 2.5 acres on a quiet country lane set back against Annadel Regional Park and in the heart of Sonoma Wine Country in Kenwood, California.
Rebuilt from the ground up after the 2017 fires, this gated property represents indoor/outdoor living at its finest, with the house opening directly onto a large deck, heated pool and lounge area, surrounded by lush gardens and a grassy lawn perfect for croquet or cornhole.

The Space

The 1,000-square foot, light-filled house is ideal for couples, small families or girls’ weekends for 4-6 people. The well-appointed cottage features a master bedroom with a king bed and plush mattress/linens and full bath/shower, and a second large bedroom with two twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom. The open living/dining/kitchen area has a gas fireplace, pull-out sleeper couch, a 4-person dining table and well-stocked kitchen with large island and three barstools.
Our house is located five minutes from Kenwood Village and numerous wineries, 10 minutes from Glen Ellen and about 15-20 minutes from Sonoma Square. We are steps away from the glorious hiking and biking trails of Annadel State Park.
